There are two types of scholarships — one for class of 2026 graduating seniors from Pendleton area schools and the other for Pendleton residents who have already stated their pursuit of education beyond high school and are previous Altrusa scholarship recipients or past HOPE recipients. The scholarship funds can be used toward tuition, fees and book expenses at an accredited university, community college, trade school or certificate program during the 2026-27 academic year. The application deadline is Friday, April 17. For questions, email: altrusapend@gmail.com.

Our Spring 2026 issues highlights the notable service projects and accomplishments of Altrusa International of Pendleton and its committees so far in the 2025–2026 year. The publication also features a Spotlight article on K.A.R.E. Thank you to everyone who continues to show up, lend a hand, and live out Altrusa’s commitment to leadership, partnership, and service. Together, we are making a lasting impact.
Pendleton Altrusans don't just serve their community - they also serve up spuds when the Pendleton Round-Up needs help during their annual Appreciation Dinner. In early February, Altrusa members helped prep and prepare 900 potatoes for the big event!
