About Altrusa District Twelve

Since 1930, Altrusans in the Northwest have been helping their communities.

Altrusa International District Twelve provides support to our local clubs and International organization by encouraging service, providing opportunities to sharpen skills and forge new friendships, stimulating membership growth, communicating information to our clubs and communities, and supporting leadership development with members in our clubs.  

We look to our Vision and Mission Statements as guides to grow Altrusa and the service Altrusans provide in their communities.

VISION STATEMENT: 

Altrusa will be a leader among International organizations by improving communities worldwide through a membership network.

MISSION STATEMENT: 

To provide support to local clubs and the International organization by encouraging service, stimulating growth, communicating information and promoting leadership.

Service Clubs have a long history of making a difference in their local communities. Our communities rely on our contributions, today and in the future. As a District that spans Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Alaska and British Columbia we value the diversity of our membership in two countries and our impactful contributions made locally and around the world.
